Step 20 - Protect your hair from the weather.

Protect your hair from the sun (as you would your skin) between 11am and 3pm with a hat, or sit in the shade.
Similarly, wear a hat to protect hair from extreme cold.
When it is windy, tie long hair back so it doesn't get tangled and snagged.
