Step 13 - Take an Omega 3 Supplement.


Take a daily vegetarian Omega 3 supplement capsule (a much nicer version of the cod-liver-oil-on-a-spoon that you were made to take as a child!) I buy the vegetarian-version, as the fish-based oils can contain high levels of pollutants, such as lead.

Taking Omega 3 oil daily will nourish your scalp (reducing flaking and dandruff) and will strengthen your hair and improve shine.
