Step 12 - Exercise, but not on consecutive days.
Exercise for 30 minutes to a sweaty level at least twice a week to get oxygenated (nutrient-rich) blood pumping all around your body, including to your scalp.
Spread out these sweaty exercise sessions (e.g. one at start of the week and one at the middle/end of the week) so that you don’t need to wash your hair on consecutive days. It's also a good thing for your body to have 'rest days' between exercise - it will make your fitness journey more effective and more sustainable if you don't burn out by over-doing it.
