Step 10 - Eat ½ an avocado every day.
Nourish your hair (and skin) with the lovely monounsaturated ('good') fats, plus the host of vitamins and minerals, found in an avocado.
I like to snack during the day on ½ an avocado on wholemeal toast (no need for butter). Why half? Well sadly, reliable dietary advice seems to suggest that a whole avocado would be a rather too large calorific- and fat-hit every single day.
Oh, and so now in your life you'll need an 'avocado hugger' from somewhere practical like Lakeland, to stop the un-eaten avocado half going brown. Happy avocado-ing!
