Step 17 - Eat pro-biotic yoghurt daily.


If your gut-bacteria are healthy your skin and hair will look healthier too. So keep the 'good' bacteria topped-up by eating pro-biotic yoghurt, as a snack, every day.

When you first start having pro-biotic yoghurt, you'll probably notice that your tummy feels bloated and uncomfortable - as the existing gut bacteria and the newcomers 'fight' for living space. Such side-effects usually last a week at most, after that the 'good' bacteria will have established themselves and will be doing their job i.e. digesting the food you eat more effectively. Outwardly you'll notice an improvement in your skin, hair and nails, with this increase in usable nutrients.
