Step 25 - Change your hairstyle daily.


Don't get stuck in a hairstyle rut.


If you wear a ponytail, day-in day-out then your hair will be weakened along the line of where the hairband always sits. So vary your hairstyles - a plait one day, a bun, an up twist, half up / half down, a twisted ponytail, a low ponytail, loose...


And / or vary your parting (centre, left, right, swept back) after every hair wash, to give the hair near your scalp the chance to be underneath other hair and not always exposed to the weather, pollution and friction from clothing / pillows.
