52Eco#13 Plan your meals to reduce food waste.


We have a menu board on our wall. It is this one, from Amazon.


Well, actually, we have TWO menu boards, so I can work out a fortnight's worth of meals - I like to plan!


We decide on the week's meals, write a list / shop online as I plan, and so buy just the ingredients we actually need. It saves us a lot of money as virtually no food is wasted.
